Domestic legend Amol Muzumdar has been appointed as the new head coach of India women's national team. The development was confirmed by the BCCI in a press release on Wednesday (October 25). Muzumdar's appointment was made by the Cricket Advisory Committee (CAC) comprising Sulakshana Naik, Ashok Malhotra and Jatin Paranjape, who were unanimous in their recommendation of the 48-year-old.
